soFunnels has three plans. **Free** lets you build and publish 1 funnel with up to 200 page views a month. **Basic** ($27 a month, or $16 a month billed yearly) adds checkout, upsells, automated emails and your own subdomain for up to 5 funnels and 10,000 views a month. **Pro** ($34 a month, or $20 a month billed yearly) removes the funnel and traffic limits.

## How page view limits work

A page view is counted each time a visitor opens one of your published funnel pages. Your own visits while signed in are not counted. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month.

If your live pages reach the monthly limit (200 on Free, 10,000 on Basic), visitors see a short notice instead of your page until you upgrade or the next month begins. Pro has no limit.

> **Tip:** running paid ads? Basic covers most early campaigns. Move to Pro before a launch or a big ad push so a busy day never hits the limit.

## Your monthly AI allowance

Planning a funnel, writing a page and drafting an email with AI each use part of a monthly allowance. Free covers a handful of generations, Basic covers well over a hundred, and Pro the most. Your usage shows in the account menu at the top right of the studio, and it resets every month.

## Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

1. Open the account menu at the top right and choose **Billing**.
2. To upgrade, pick **Basic** or **Pro** and monthly or yearly billing, then pay securely through Stripe.
3. To change your card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel, press **Manage Billing**.

If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Your funnels, pages and contacts stay in your account.

## The 30-day money-back guarantee

Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If soFunnels is not right for you, contact [support@sofunnels.com](mailto:support@sofunnels.com) within 30 days of your first payment and you get a full refund, no reason needed. Your account moves back to the Free plan and everything you built stays in it. Details are in the [Terms of Service](https://sofunnels.com/terms).

## Frequently asked questions

### Does soFunnels charge a transaction fee?

No. On every plan soFunnels takes 0% of your sales. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on each payment, as it would anywhere else.

### Can I publish a funnel on the Free plan?

Yes. Free funnels publish on an automatic address and carry a small "Built with soFunnels" badge. Taking payments needs Basic or Pro.

### What happens if I downgrade with more funnels than my new plan allows?

Nothing is deleted. You cannot create new funnels until you are under the new limit, and features your new plan does not include, such as taking payments and sending automated emails on Free, are switched off until you upgrade again.

### Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing saves about 40%: Basic is $192 a year ($16 a month) and Pro is $240 a year ($20 a month).
