1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using soFunnels ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Account Responsibility & Multi-Tenancy

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. soFunnels enforces tenant isolation at the database layer. You agree not to attempt to access data or funnels owned by other customer accounts.

3. Stripe Payments & Direct Processing

soFunnels connects directly to your own Stripe account using secure API credentials. We do not act as a payment aggregator, merchant of record, or middleman. All sales, chargebacks, and payouts are governed by your agreement with Stripe.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Cancellations

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your funnels will pause at the conclusion of the paid billing cycle without any hidden termination fees.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for deceptive advertising, phishing, malicious software distribution, or illegal activities. Accounts found violating consumer protection laws will be suspended immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

soFunnels provides the platform "as is". While we engineer for 99.99% uptime and sub-100ms response times, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from downtime or third-party provider failures.
