How does the Free plan work?
Our Free plan allows you to design and publish 1 complete funnel with up to 200 monthly visitors, including our drag-and-drop page studio and lead capture tools. No credit card is required to sign up.
What happens if I reach the traffic limit on Free or Basic?
When your live funnel pages reach the monthly view quota (200 views for Free, 10,000 views for Basic), visitors will see a clean limit notification until you upgrade to a higher tier or until the next calendar month resets your view counter.
Do you take a percentage or transaction fee from my sales?
Zero percent. We take 0% platform tax. You connect your own Stripe account directly, so 100% of customer payments go straight to your bank account with only standard Stripe processing fees.
Can I connect Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes, on every plan including Free. Add soFunnels as an MCP connector in Claude or any MCP-compatible assistant, approve access, and it can report on your funnels, leads, and orders and build draft funnels, pages, and emails for you. You can see and disconnect connected assistants anytime under Account > Connected Apps.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can switch between Basic and Pro or cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your Account settings. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
What if soFunnels is not right for me?
Basic and Pro come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we refund you in full, no reason needed. Your account moves back to the Free plan, and everything you built stays in it. The full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
